Once we take the fingerprints, we send them directly to the FDLE, which then sends the prints to whoever the governing agency is: AHCA, DCF, etc.

To receive the results, the employer will receive an email or can check the AHCA website for the background check results. Results can take between 7-14 days, depending on the agency.
